Engineer Asaad Al Najjar is Running for Mayor of Los Angeles

Asaad Al Najjar is a senior engineering manager for the City of Los Angeles and a declared candidate for the mayor of los Angeles in the upcoming primary election on June 2, 2026. Mr. Al Najjar is a founding member of the Porter Ranch Neighborhood Council, and he was active with the Interfaith Outreach Committee under Mayor Eric Garcetti.
